Opening Statement
The place where collectors can purchase original period Photographs and original Ephemera collectibles for their enjoyment. Our site is geared towards the collector and we want to make every transaction a positive one.
Our Goal is to describe each item offered for sale honestly and accurately. Please take into account that the items we offer are used collectibles and have signs of age / wear and are not mint condition.
We will be more than happy to address any concerns before any purchase.
We offer a 100% guarantee that all items we offer are original period vintage items.
We DO NOT buy, collect or sell any type of reproduction items, never have never will.
We have a large inventory that is not yet listed on our site. If you do not see something of interest on our website, please feel free to send us your want list of the type of Photos or Ephemera of interest.

We are happy to Reserve any item of interest for up to 10 days. Please notify us so we can work out the terms.

We offer several payment options:

SECURITY NOTE
We do not collect or store any of the buyers payment funds information or credit card information.
Payments are process using Paypal and all payment information is secured by Paypal.
The only information we see is the buyers mailing address on our end

Handling Time
Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 3 days IF not sooner!
Checkout Process
We offer 2 choices of a check-out process:
Using our online checkout
or
We can simply send you a paypal invoice directly to you
USING a Direct paypal invoice:
We can send you a separate paypal invoice instead of using our website check-out process.
All we would need is you to send you the item of interest and your paypal email address associated with your paypal account. However we can simply process credit cards via email or via over the phone, sorry we are not set up for that process. The cost of the item, sales tax if applies and shipping cost if applies will be on the invoice.
USING our online CHECK-OUT process:
Select item/items for purchase and add each item using the (ADD to CART) button.
Once you are ready to checkout - goto the top right and select the (CART)
and a dropped down screen will appear and select the blue (CHECKOUT) button
You will now be able to review your items of purchase
When ready togo to the secure checkout page use the blue button (checkout)
and then please add all the necessary information
-email
-name
-mailing address
-phone number
this will show you the total cost of item/items along with any ship cost
then select (NEXT) buttom
The final step is selecting the type of secured payment
-square merchant service
* credit card information can be added at this point
then select (NEXT) and you will be directed to square merchant service website

you will be directed to the Paypal site to complete the payment

We ship via USPS first class and USPS Priority mail service.
On multiple items purchased all items will packed into 1 pkg at a reduced shipping cost to the collector.
* Note: items have to be shipped to the address shown on the Paypal and Stripe Transaction page
in order to comply with the on-line companies payment policies.
ALL shipments will be well packed and will have a USPS delivery confirmation number assigned
to the shipment at no extra cost. This will allow the customer and seller to keep track of the shipping status.
We also offer USPS insurance on first class service (please contact us before check out is completed)
USPS signature required tracking is used on HIGH value shipments at no extra cost to collector.

* If a customer is over charged during the check-out process when purchasing multiple items,
we will be MORE than happy to send a shipping refund back to the collector.
Once item is packed and the USPS label is printed, we will notify the costumer via email notification that item is in the process of being shipped.

- USPS First Class under 8oz $3.50 w free tracking

- USPS Priority Flat envelope $6.00 w free tracking & insured up to $50 no charge
- USPS Priority box for larger items $9.00 w free tracking & insured up to $50 no charge
- * INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- * We can offer our items to oversea collectors, all we ask is to contact us via email for Pre-Approval
So we can go over the cost of International shipping cost and services.

California Sales Tax
California Buyers: 8.25% sales tax will apply to sales within state of California
and ONLY applies on the sale of item.
* NOTE: if customer has a CA resale license all we ask is that CA resale BOE-230 form completely filled out.. Remember to sign and fill out all information. Please print and either send a copy via email or via US mailed to us using our contact information found on this site.
We will be more than happy to send a CA tax refund back to the customer.
Below is an example of the BOE-230 resale form that we will need for our CA tax records. We use this information to file with our CA sales tax form at end of the year so we can account for non-CA tax collected for the sale.

USPS delivery confirmation date of when shipment was delivered by USPS.
We have a hassle FREE return policy.
Any return, we will need to be contact first so we can give the collector return instructions.
Once item is returned back to us in the same condition as offered to collector
we will then process a 100% refund that will include:

* Many hosted views are watermarked (watermark not on the photograph)
ALL hosted image/views listed for sale are property of vintagephotosrus until sold to new owner / collector.
Once an item is sold, item will be marked in red as sold to be used as a reference on our site.
We do not retain any copies of any items once sold to its new owner.
